After moving to Idaho in 2003, I joined the Idaho Real Estate Commission as a compliance auditor—a role that deepened my understanding of how to protect clients’ interests at every stage of a transaction.

After my time with the Idaho Real Estate Commission, I started a private consultancy to help Idaho real estate brokers raise the bar—building strong systems that keep transactions smooth, compliant, and on track.
That experience laid the groundwork for launching PowerHaus Real Estate Services and allowed me to get return to working directly with buyers and sellers, helping them to navigate real estate with confidence.
